Motorshow Guidelines for the
2 nd Motorcycle Convention 2008
• The 2 nd Motorcycle Convention Motorshow will be held on August 16 and 17, 2008 at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall from 10AM to 8PM (mall hours)
• We will be having an Combined Category Motorshow so that means all scooters and underbones are allowed to compete with each other. However, BIG BIKES are not allowed to compete.
• The motorshow is open to all exhibitors, motorcycle clubs and other enthusiasts alike
• All show entrants other than exhibitors are not allowed to place merchandising streamers within the exhibit area and any other premises inside and outside the exhibit area. Business Cards and leaflets are allowed
• A non-refundable entry fee of Php 1,500 is required per entry. You may deposit it at any Banco De Oro Branch with the account name First Events Asia Enterprise and account number and fax or call in the deposit slip details back to First Events Asia numbers below. • Before the show date, you are required to submit a picture thru email firsteventsasia@yahoo.com for the organizers to give a go signal for your entry. It should be at a "show state" for it to prequalify
• Show entries are only allowed to compete in the motorshow and any other activities such as marketing of any kind of a commercial entity to sell parts or service are not allowed. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entries of said competitors as well as to evict the said company or person from the exhibit hall premises.
• Exhibitors who leased booth from the organizers are allowed to place brochures and calling cards beside their entries provided that the said materials come from one company only which is the exhibitor and any other company or commercial entity other than the exhibitors are not allowed to market their products and services by placing the said collaterals beside the show bike or distribute it inside and outside the exhibit area.
• Entry name from non exhibitors would contain the owners name or the name of the bike and using a corporate name as their entry name is not allowed. Only exhibitors are allowed to use their company name as their entry name
• The entrant or its representative must be present at all times especially during the judging portion to answer all the queries regarding the bike and to guard it from vandalism and any form of theft.
• Motorshow entrants are expected to clean their premises or suffer point deductions
• To all MODIFIED Entries, always remember that your bike is scored according to the degree of modification work done so write the extent of the work in your COMPETITION FORM. The more complete your description is, the easier it is for the judges to grade your entry.
• Your bike entry should pass the Organizers standards for a show bike. It should be clean, all of its parts and attachments functioning, free from rust and waxed to a "show shine"
• All modification works and cleaning job should be finished before the show date. Any works done on the event will disqualify your entry
• All the judges decision are final
• A contestant found to be guilty of vandalism, bribery, rumor mongering or any other actions found to disrupt the order of the show will be disqualified from the contest and be banned from the exhibit premises by the organizers

OVERALL AWARDS:
1 st Place – Trophy + 7,000 Cash + 3 days 2 nights hotel accomodation in Boracay
2 nd Place – Trophy + 2,000 Cash + 3 days 2 nights accommodation in Laguna or Batangas for 2 persons
3 rd Place – Trophy + Overnight hotel accommodation in Laguna or Batangas for 2 persons
